What should be included in an address when selling land?
People are more likely to buy land that is close to the land they already own. If the land you’re selling has a street address, include that too. If an address is unavailable, include just the street name. If the parcel is not on a legal street but it is near a legal street say “ off <street name>” instead of “ on <street name>”.
