Add a reply… Thanks for using Sage City. HMRC Gateway is showing that the service is running without issue. Are you able to try your VAT Return submission again? If you have a 2nd computer with Sage on are you able to try it on that for us and see if it works?
Is anyone else having trouble submitting accounts to ch?
Just wondering if it’s just me or if the CH website is overloaded. I submitted two sets of accounts yesterday using Digita Company Secretarial and neither have been accepted yet. When I collect responses I get the CH Error message “EF document not found”.
