Nevada recently allowed additional weeks of benefits for State Extended Benefits (SEB). Total Unemployment Rate (TUR) adds an additional 30% of the parent claim up to 7 additional weeks for a total of up to 20 weeks of State Extended Benefits.

It is very important that you keep track of your benefits to make sure you receive your unemployment extension if you are eligible.
How many weeks are there for extended unemployment?
Regular Extended Benefit weeks are 50% of a state’s regular unemployment weeks, with a maximum of 13 weeks available. This means that in states where there are less than 26 weeks of regular unemployment, there will be less than 13 weeks of Extended Benefits.
