He has not traded since. Expenses and interest income were posted to the accounts up to 9/8/12. I have prepared accounts to 9/8/12 and prepared a final Corporation Tax Return to the same date. My question though, is which date did my client cease trading? Was it 24/6/12? Or 9/8/12?
