Is the Renaissance Fair Open this year?

Does Kroger have discount Renaissance Festival tickets?
Discount tickets are available at Kroger, Menards and Goodwill. There are a couple opportunities to get FREE or discounted Renaissance Festival Tickets. During the Viking weekend get a free ticket when you donate blood at the festival, to help save a life!
Is Renaissance Festival cash only?
Our food and drink booths are cash only. Each vendor on-site creates their own policy regarding credit cards (although most of them do accept cards nowadays). ATMs are located throughout the site for your convenience.
Can you bring backpacks into the Renaissance Festival?
We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or other item to be brought into the park, and to deal with any unattended object in such a way as we consider appropriate.
Who owns Renfest?

For its first 23 seasons it was operated primarily as a benefit for the Kansas City Art Institute, rather than as a business. In 1999 it was purchased by Mid-America Festivals, which also operates the Minnesota Renaissance Festival, and turned into a much larger business concern.
Can you buy Renaissance tickets at Walgreens?
Participating Walgreens have discounted tickets to the Texas Renaissance Festival. It’s worth stopping at a Walgreens if you haven’t bought tickets so you don’t have to pay the entire gate.
Does Kroger sell Renaissance Festival tickets 2021?
People can also get discounted tickets for the 2021 festival season. 1 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tickets are $24.95 for adults and $14.95 for children. Discount tickets are available at Kroger, Menards and Goodwill.
Can you bring swords to the Renaissance Festival?
Swords, Knives, Dirks and Daggers must be completely sheathed and peace-tied. Axes, Claymores, Maces, spears, Antique Firearms, Pikes and Halberds are NOT allowed on the Festival site. No drawing of any weapon at any time. Must be 18 years or older to carry a weapon.
Can you bring fake weapons to Ren Faire?
All weapons should be sheathed and peace-tied. At no point should a bladed weapon ever be drawn from your side/back. Replica firearms must have the trigger zip-tied in the ‘fired’ position. Toy guns must have their orange tip on the end of the barrel.
Does everyone dress up at Renaissance festival?
It’s totally not necessary to dress up at all. The most important thing is to be comfortable and dressed for the weather (which, since our faire runs in July, can be HOT). Tip: There is a lot of walking involved so comfortable shoes are a must.
Can dogs go to Renaissance festival?
DOGS ONLY! No other pets will be allowed on festival grounds! Printed proof of shots from Veterinarian (must include the above valid vaccinations)
