18 JULY 2021 UPDATE: It is now officially confirmed on Qatar Tourism and Qatar Airways websites that visa on arrival service to Qatar has resumed after it was suspended in 2020 at the outset of COVID-19. Currently, citizens of 90+ countries are eligible for visa-free entry into the State of Qatar.
