From the date you make your complaint, the financial business has up to eight weeks to give you their final decision. However, the volume of PPI related enquiries and complaints sent to firms increased significantly in August 2019 in the run-up to the deadline.
Do I have to pay my PPI Claim Company?
All PPI claims companies must adhere to these rules. No upfront fees are to be paid by the customer before the outcome of a PPI claim. Customers must receive an itemised bill for all charges of work done on their behalf. No charges will be made when a client does not have a policy with a bank or lender.

How can the buyer confirm receipt of PayPal?
After the payment hold is released, it may take until midnight (but it’s usually sooner) for the funds to appear in your account. The buyer has to log on to their PayPal account and locate the transaction details to see if there is a confirm button.
What happens if you get a partial refund on eBay?
The seller may be required to reimburse eBay for the partial refund. If a buyer reports that an item is counterfeit and there are strong indicators that the item is counterfeit, eBay may not require the buyer to return the item to the seller. The buyer agrees to cooperate with us to ensure the proper disposal of the item.
Do you get a refund for insertion fees on eBay?
In most cases, if you issue a full refund to the buyer before we’re asked to step in, we’ll credit your final value fee. Insertion fees and other eBay fees aren’t refunded, though. You can find more information in our policy below.
