Does ParkMobile charge a fee?
Parkmobile is a pay by phone parking service, and is offered in your area as a payment solution. In addition to the fee you’ll pay for parking, you may also be charged a transaction fee for using the Parkmobile pay by phone service to pay for your parking.
How does pay my park work?
PayMyPark will deduct the total amount of money required for your parking when you press “Start” and reserve that balance until you press “Stop”. You will then be refunded any unused funds. If you do not stop your parking by end of day, you will not receive any refund.
How do I cancel PayByPhone?
Visit the PayByPhone website () and click on receipts. Click the Profile button and scroll to the bottom of the page, click Delete Account. Check “I want to delete my account” and then the Delete Account button one last time.

It is only available to account holders, you can register in the app or on the website. To use start-stop just select your bay number and the start-stop option. You will be charged up front for the amount it would cost to park in that bay until 5pm.

For example, if you are parking in a spot that allows for a maximum of 2 hours of parking, you can pay for one hour, then extend up to an additional hour. You cannot extend past the maximum time allowed. In certain areas, you will pay either a flat rate or pay when you leave the parking spot.
