- After signing in to the Chase Mobile® app, tap the credit card you want to replace or the checking account for a debit card.
- Scroll to find “Replace a lost or damaged card”
- Choose your card and then a reason for replacement.
- Review and submit your request.
Can I get a new debit card if I lost it?
Generally, a bank’s service representative will deactivate the card and issue a replacement. If you think the card is misplaced and there’s a good chance you’ll locate it soon, you may want to ask about the option of a temporary freeze. When you contact the bank, make a note of any confirmation number you receive.
Does Chase send you a new card before it expires?
If your credit card is about to expire, we’ll automatically send you a new card during the month your current card will expire.

So if you’ve registered your old card’s details anywhere – eg, with online shops or for regular payments, such as a gym membership, you’ll need to update the details.
