To raise a Highest Cashback Guarantee claim for a purchase you’ve made through Quidco, simply:
- Go to our Highest Cashback Guarantee page within 72 hours of making your purchase.
- Check that your purchase meets the terms and conditions.
- Click the Submit button to raise your claim.
How long does cashback take to show up Quidco?
You can see how long it will take for your purchase to track on each retailers Quidco page under ‘Tracking Speed’. Your cashback will then await approval from the retailer. This can take 3-6 months depending on the retailer, but please do check the estimated payment dates on the retailer’s Quidco page.

How does Quidco cashback work?
Cashback sounds great but how does it work? Once you’ve logged in to Quidco, find the retailer you’re interested in and have a look at the rates of cashback. Quidco will then receive a commission from the retailer for referring you to make a purchase with them and we’ll pass this along to you as cashback.
How do I cash out Quidco?
You simply need to head to your payments page and click “withdraw” on the preferred option of payment and we’ll take care of the rest. If you wish to withdraw to your bank or PayPal account, make sure we have your up to date details registered on your settings page.
Does Quidco cashback expire?
If you haven’t logged in or had any activity on your Quidco account for 12 consecutive months, we will remove any earned cashback from your account for safekeeping.
How long do Quidco withdrawals take?
Payments can take up to 6 working days to reach you. If you make a withdrawal and release this is to an old bank account which is closed, it could take up to 6 weeks to return your payment to your Quidco account depending on which bank you use, but don’t worry, this should happen automatically.
